MG Virtual Training is a 4-week virtual program that helps you design your ideal fitness plan. Together with trainer Jourdan you’ll compassionately explore a movement plan you enjoy. All while reaping the health benefits of regular exercise.

MG Virtual Training includes:

  • Vision Casting: Our first week, we define the outcomes you desire from a fitness plan.

  • Goal Setting: Each week, we set fresh, confidence-boosting goals to help you get closer to your Vision.

  • Goal Review: Each week, we review your goals and rework them to ensure your success.

  • Personalized Fitness Plan: Each week, you will get a new or refined fitness plan that considers your goals and access to equipment.

  • MG Exercise App: You’ll get unlimited access to the video library with demonstrations of your exercises so you’re never confused!

About Jourdan

Hi, I’m Jourdan.

I believe the science - that our brains are more creative when we are physically active.

And as a musician and designer, creativity is high on my list of values both for me and for you.

In 2019, I became a certified Personal Trainer and in 2022 a certified Health and Wellbeing Coach.

Now I am combining these two skills to empower you to move with confidence and stick with your health plans.

My ambition is to see uninhibited creativity abound in the world. I believe the best path to that dream is by helping you get your body and mind on your creative team.

FAQs

  • Musician’s Gym Virtul Training is a conversation. The focus is on goal setting, fitness planning, and integrating healthy behaviors into your life style. You are given workouts in our training app to perform on your own time and review with Jourdan during your weekly calls.

    Personal Training is 1:1, in-person fitness training. This is a workout performed under the guidance of a Trainer.

  • Yes!

    Virtual Training pairs well with MG Ensemble if you’re looking for more guidance and accountability outside of our regular group classes.

    Virtual Training is also a great way to reinforce Personal Training. If you seek more guidance outside of your 1:1 sessions, and would like more in-depth fitness plans when you are on your own time, Virtual Training is a great (discounted) add-on.

  • Health Coaching focuses on prioritizing the health behaviors that are important to you. If you wish to incorporate nutrition goals into your Coaching calls, that is completely up to you.

    I am not a certified Nutrition Consultant, but can help hold you accountable to a nutrition plan you design as long as it supports your overall well-being.

  • If you prefer a fitness plan without the added support of a Virtual Training, I offer a single consultation call plus 4 weeks of customized fitness plans. Please schedule a 15 Minute Discovery call for this option.
